Markets jittery with Coronavirus worry......>

US TSYS
US TSYS: Markets jittery with Coronavirus worry front and centre, biasing yields
lower in early cash trade this week, last 2.0-2.4bp softer across the curve,
with T-Notes +0-03+ at 131-06.
- Strong bid in early futures trade (before cash re-opened), as T-Notes broke
Friday's high and e-mini S&Ps broke their Friday lows. Little in the way of
headline triggers evident around the time, but some chatter surrounding a well
followed blog citing a piece from the Global Times, but the headline the blog
chose was seemingly a little more subjective, based on what was written in the
GT piece (outlined earlier).
- Coronavirus daily death toll hit a new high, with the daily increase in cases
edging higher, but still sitting shy of the largest daily increases that we have
seen.
- Market a little calmer now, T-Notes off highs, +0-03+ at 131-06.
