Ministry Says January-May Exports Reach USD $35.9B

  • January to May exports reached USD $35.9b, the “highest historical value for this period”, according to a Foreign Affairs Ministry press release.
    • Foreign Affairs minister Santiago Cafiero and Economy minister Silvina Batakis held a meeting where they highlighted the country’s 26.6% y/y exports increase.
    • Exports to reach USD $44.5b during the first six months of 2022 and USD $90b by the end of year, the Ministry says. (BBG)
