Mixed Metrics At ACGB May-41 Auction

AUSSIE BONDS

Very firm pricing at today’s ACGB May-41 supply sees the weighted average yield print 0.73bp through prevailing mids at the time of supply (per Yieldbroker), although the cover ratio wasn’t as firm, coming in at 2.14x. It would seem that those that wanted to ensure success in obtaining the bond at auction were willing to pay up, while the recent flattening and cheapening may have limited broader demand.
