*RES 3: 98.050 - High Aug 30
*RES 2: 98.036 - 200-DMA

*PRICE: 97.960 @ 2030GMT

*SUP 3: 97.880 - High Oct 24 now support
*SUP 4: 97.820 - Low Oct 6
*COMMENTARY: Dips back to 97.820 found support last week resulting in a rally
that now sees pressure on the 100-DMA following gains Monday. Bulls now look for
a close above the 100-DMA to shift focus to the 98.036-050 region where the
200-DMA is noted. The Bollinger top (97.959) is the key concern for bulls with
potential to limit follow through. Bears now need a close below 97.900 to ease
bullish pressure.
AUSSIE 10-YR TECHS: (Z17) Above 97.3525 Targets Sept High
*RES 4: 97.4500 - Monthly High Sept 8
*RES 3: 97.3525 - Low Sept 12 now resistance

*SUP 4: 97.1450 - Hourly support Oct 12, Low Oct 23
*COMMENTARY: Having continued to find support at the 97.1450 level last week
bulls now focus on layers of resistance 97.3108-3525 where 100 & 200-DMAs and
the bear channel top are found. Bulls need a close above 97.3525 to confirm
breaks of key levels and to shift immediate focus to tests of 97.4500 Sept
highs. The Bollinger top (97.2700) is the key concern for bulls. Bears now need
a close below 97.2220 to ease bullish pressure and return focus to 97.1450.
US 10-YR FUTURE TECHS: (Z17) 21-DMA Resistance Key
*RES 4: 125-26+ 100-DMA
*RES 3: 125-25+ High Oct 13
*RES 2: 125-16+ Hourly support Oct 16 now resistance
*RES 1: 125-03+ 21-DMA
*PRICE: 125-01 @ 2030GMT
*SUP 1: 124-30 Hourly resistance Oct 30 now support
*SUP 2: 124-23 Low Oct 30 now resistance
*SUP 3: 124-15 Hourly resistance Oct 26 now support
*SUP 4: 124-06 Low Oct 25
*COMMENTARY: The failure to take out 124-06 last week resulted in a bounce
Friday with gains Monday seeing immediate pressure return to the 21-DMA. Bulls
need a close above the 21-DMA to end bearish hopes and open up for a move back
to 125-25+/126-04+ where 55 & 100-DMAs are noted with above 125-16+ to confirm.
Bears now need a close below 124-23 to ease pressure on resistance layers and
return focus to 124-06.
US 10-YR YIELD TECHS: 2.352 Support Key Today
*RES 4: 2.445 - Hourly support Oct 26 now resistance
*RES 3: 2.434 - Hourly resistance Oct 27
*RES 2: 2.419 - Hourly support Oct 27 now resistance
*RES 1: 2.385 - Hourly support Oct 30 now resistance
*PRICE: 2.368 @ 2030GMT

*SUP 2: 2.355 - 21-DMA
*SUP 3: 2.352 - High Oct 18 now support
*SUP 4: 2.314 - 200-DMA
*COMMENTARY: The lack of topside follow-through in the latter half of last week
resulted in further losses Monday with bears now looking for a close below 2.352
to confirm a break of the bull channel base (2.379) & 21-DMA and shift focus
back to 2.248-2.273 where 55 & 100-DMAs are noted. The 200-DMA may support along
the way. Correcting O/B studies add weight to the bearish case. Bulls now need a
close above 2.445 to return initial focus to 2.477.

*SUP 2: 150.35 - Low Oct 27
*SUP 3: 150.26 - Low Oct 25
*SUP 4: 150.23 - Bollinger band
*COMMENTARY: Bulls take comfort in gains to start the week that have seen a
close above the 200-DMA (150.46) and immediate pressure on the 100-DMA. Bulls
need a close above the 100-DMA to ease bearish pressure and above the 55-DMA to
end bearish hopes and shift focus to 150.96-151.01. Bears now look for a close
below the 21-DMA to ease pressure on the 100-DMA and return focus to tests of
150.06-08.
