MNI BRIEF: Kashkari Says Fed Has More Work To Do On Inflation

The Fed has more work to do bringing inflation back to target and shouldn't be "fooled" by a few months of positive data with price gains still far too high, Minneapolis President Neel Kashkari said Monday.

“We need to finish the job,” Kashkari said during a question-and-answer session. “It’s still a really strong labor market out there”, even if it's not as "frothy" as it was recently, he said.
