MNI BRIEF: PBOC To Keep Monetary Policy Stable: Governor Yi

China's monetary policy will maintained in a stable and continuous way, People's Bank of China Governor Yi Gang said Friday at the meeting of International Monetary and Financial Committee, according to the statement published on the central bank's website.

Yi said promoting green finance is the focus of the PBOC and it has agreed to include climate change on the global policy agenda of International Monetary Fund. Yi said China also agreed to conduct research on issues such as the impact of digital currencies.
