     LONDON (MNI) - There are three key releases on a quiet Tuesday, with Q3
France unemployment at 0630GMT, October producer prices in Germany at 0700GMT
and the November CBI Industrial Trends in the UK at 1100GMT the stand outs.
     Unemployment in France was 9.1% q/q in Q2.
     Producer prices for September in Germany grew by 0.5% on the month and 3.2%
y/y.
     In the UK, the CBI Industrial trends showed the total order books decline
to -6 from -1 in September. Survey respondents note average prices down to +10
in October from +13 in September.
     ECB Governing Council member Jens Weidmann speaks in Frankfurt at 1500GMT.
Supervisory Board member Daniele Nuoy is speaking in Brussels at 1630GMT.
     Bank of Canada Senior Deputy Governor Carolyn Wilkins speaks in Montreal at
1745GMT.
     Concluding the speeches and a fairly dry Tuesday is BOC Deputy Governor
Timothy Lane in Toronto at 2200GMT.
