     LONDON (MNI) - There are three key releases to start the week; France
November car registrations at 0745GMT, Euro Area November manufacturing PMI at
0900GMT and the US November ISM manufacturing index at 1500GMT.
     France car registrations declined in November by 1.5% y/y.
     ECB Executive Board member Daniele Nouy is speaking in Brussels at 0845GMT.
     The Euro Area manufacturing PMI was recorded at 51.5 in the November flash.
It was previously 52.0.
     New York Federal Reserve Bank President John Williams to give introductory
remarks at a conference in New York.
     The ISM manufacturing index fell to 57.7 in October after a strong reading
of 59.8 in September.
     ECB governing council member Jens Weidmann gives a speech at the 10 years
House of Finance in Frankfurt at 1635GMT.
     Dallas Federal Reserve Bank President Rob Kaplan finishes of the speeches
at 1800GMT in Texas.
