MNI: PBOC Skips Open Market Operations; Liquidity Unchanged

     BEIJING (MNI) - The PBOC skipped OMO on Tuesday, stating that the current
liquidity condition is at a "relatively high" level.
  - This resulted in unchanged liquidity conditions as no reverse repos matured
today;
  - CFETS-ICAP's money-market sentiment index closed at 33 on Monday, the same
as Friday; 
  - Benchmark 7-day deposit repo average fell to 2.6567% on Tuesday from 2.6938%
on Monday: Wind Information.
