ECB net asset purchases totaled E8.6bln in the week to May 6, a 3-week high but still modest by historical standards. PSPP net holdings picked up by E3.8bln from E3.2bln a week prior, while the PEPP portfolio grew for the first time in 3 weeks, by E2.8bln.
- Covered Bond holdings rose by an 11-week high E1.0bln, while CSPP gains dipped to E1.0bln from E2.0bln and ABS holdings remained steady.
- PSPP net figures reflected E7.3bln in redemptions, with PEPP seeing E3.1bln in redemptions.
