US NATGAS: New England Ngas Update: demand actualized lower, 15day forecast unch

  • AGT Citygate (non-G) estimated at $3.32 mmcf,  down $0.10 d/d
  • Total Demand into New England revised lower by 350 mmcf to is 2.86 bcf since this morning’s estimate
  • The latest GFS 15day forecast for Boston has total HDDs at 340.18 which is an increase of 1.98 HDDs compared to the previous run. And is 21 HDDs colder than the 10yr normal.
  • Bloomberg has end user demand 320 mcf/d higher on the day, comprised of 40% power demand, 49% residential and commercial demand, and 11% industrial demand.
  • Power demand decreased by 122 mcf, ResCom demand increased by 173 mcf, and Industrial demand increased by 39 mcf d/d.
  • Canadian imports revised up to 0.19 bcfd compared to the 7-day average of 0.22 bcf/d.
  • Operational utilization at the Chaplin compressor station on AGT and revised 0.09 bcfd for today to 0.957 bcfd
