Nigeria Delays Two August Forcados Crude Cargoes for September

Nigeria has pushed back two late-August loading Forcados crude shipments to September, according to a loading program seen by Bloomberg.

  • The September plan now consists of a combined eight cargoes of 265k b/d, the highest since January, while August has been revised to 173k b/d.
  • Flows from Nigeria’s Forcados oil terminal have been halted since July 12 due to a leak at the facility with repair work reported late last week expected to take between 5 and 10 days.
