STOCKS: No surprise that Chinese mainland equities outperform after the
announcement of the PBoC's latest 50bp RRR cut, which crossed Wednesday.
- The move also buoyed the remainder of the major benchmarks, with little in the
way of notable news during the Asia-Pac session, resulting in a lack of
obstacles to derail the prevailing mood.
- Japan remains closed for a public holiday, with local markets set to re-open
on Monday.
- Hang Seng +1.0%, CSI 300 +1.4%, ASX 200 +0.3%.
- S&P 500 futures +10, DJIA futures +90, NASDAQ 100 futures +38.
