  • US WTI crude differentials rose on Tuesday after two cargoes traded while in the North Sea, crude differentials for Forties and Ekofisk were bid higher.
  • In the Platts window, there were three deals on Tuesday, a trade source said.
  • WTI Midland: Trafigura bought from Vitol March 26-30, CIF Rotterdam, at dated Brent plus $1.85. Trafigura bought from Gunvor March 16-20, CIF Rotterdam, at dated Brent plus $1.80. The average of two deals was equal to dated Brent plus 93 cents FOB, up from Monday.
  • Forties: Trafigura bought from BP March 18-20 at dated Brent plus 70 cents and Trafigura bid at dated Brent plus 90 cents for another cargo.
  • Ekofisk: Total bid for a cargo at dated Brent plus $1.65 FOB Teeside, up from Monday.
