AUSSIE BONDS: Not much to note for the space in early Sydney trade, with YM -1.0
and XM -0.5, after the contracts held very tight ranges in SYCOM hours. Focus
continues to fall on the potential for enforcement of the RBA's ~0.25% target
for 3-Year ACGB yields, with RBA Governor Lowe seemingly cooling exp. re: such a
move on Tuesday.
- QPH Finance has launched 7- & 10.5-Year A$ paper, while UBS has launched
3-Year floating & 5-Year floating and/or fixed A$ paper this morning.
- Bills unchanged to -1 through the reds.
- A$2.0bn worth of ACGB 2.75% 21 November 2029 supply is due today, as is
Australian prelim retail sales data and the Westpac leading index.
