- Monthly CPI decline was mainly due to Travel tours (-11%), traveller 
accommodation (-9.6%) and gasoline (-2%).
- CPI YoY gains on mortgage interest cost (+6.6%) and passenger 
vehicles (+2.9%).
- CPI excluding gasoline rose +2.3% YoY, matching October increase. 
- Energy prices +1.5% YoY vs prior -2.9%; 
- Gasoline prices +0.9% YoY vs prior -6.7%; first gain since October 
2018.
