Tsys finding a little more demand than they did in yesterday’s Asia-Pac session, with a bid in JGB futures probably providing a layer of support (although 10-Year JGB yields are currently showing through the top of the band permitted under the BoJ’s YCC). Cash Tsys now sit little changed to 1bp richer across the curve, reversing the early, modest cheapening impetus, ranges remain narrow. TYM3 is +0-03+ at 110-19+, 0-04 off lows, operating in a tight 0-04+ range. Chinese Caixin services and composite PMI data crosses in just under 10 minutes.
