KIWI: NZD/USD last deals at $0.6908, virtually unchanged on the day. As a
reminder, the RBNZ will deliver its MonPol decision later today. The Bank is
widely expected to leave its OCR unchanged at 1.75% and reaffirm its neutral

- The rate finished marginally in the red on Tuesday, even as strong NZ trade
data and broader risk-on flows provided support in early Asia-Pacific hours.
- On Tuesday, early European trade saw the pair test the water below $0.6900. A
clean break below the figure, which also capped gains last Friday, would allow
bears to target the 21-DMA at $0.6842. Meanwhile, bulls look to yesterday's high
of $0.6943 and above here opens the upper 1.0% 10-DMA envelope at $0.6942.
- On the data front, NZ ANZ business confidence is due Thursday, while building
permits come out on Friday. Any fallout from the Sino-U.S. trade talks will also
be of interest.
