KIWI: NZD/USD struggled for momentum above $0.6650 on Tuesday, with the rate
last dealing at $0.6645.
- NZD/USD breached initial support ($0.6650) after feeling the pressure from the
latest barbs of the U.S.-China trade dispute & profit taking early this week.
The next level of support now lies at the high from Sep 19 ($0.6623). Bulls look
to $0.6700 which capped the pair on Friday.
- Outside of the RBNZ decision risk events this week include today's NZ trade
balance & ANZ business confidence releases, followed by the ANZ consumer
confidence survey due Friday.
- Participants will pay particular attention to the ANZ business confidence
survey due later today.
