Off Worst Levels On Asia Macro News Flow

US TSYS

Tsy futures have been left to oscillate within the ranges established in early Asia-Pac trade, with regional macro news flow (centring on the latest round of North Korea missile launches, China seemingly sticking by its COVID zero strategy and softer than expected Chinese Caixin services PMI data) allowing the space to find a bit of a base after early Asia-Pac trade saw some cheapening as the region reacted to Wednesday’s FOMC decision.

  • TYZ2 deals around the middle of its narrow 0-06 range, last -0-14 at 110-06. A reminder that cash Tsys are closed until London hours owing to the observance of a Japanese national holiday.
