OIL: Kazakhstan Has Request to Double Oil Flows to Germany

Kazakhstan has received a request from Germany to more than double oil supplies to 2.5 million tonnes according to the Kazakh Energy Minister Almasadam Satkaliyev.

  • "We plan [to export] 1.2 million [tonnes to Germany] by the end of the year. There is a request from them to increase to 2.5 million tonnes overall," Satkaliyev said based on Interfax reports.
