OIL: Libya Crude Exports Cut At Least to 947kb/d in August: Bloomberg

Libya plans to cut crude exports to at least 29.35mbbl, or 947kb/d in August, according to a loading programme seen by Bloomberg.

  • This compares to 31.84m bbl, or 1.03m b/d, for July.
  • Es Sider exports have been revised up to 9.49mbbl, or 303k b/d in August, compared to 284k b/d in July.
  • Sarir/Mesla exports from Hariga will be 6mbbl, or 194k b/d, compared to 161k b/d in July.
  • Zawiya loaded only one tanker of about 630kbbl so far this month, according to a port agent report compared to an original plan to export nine cargoes of 630kbbl of Sharara in August. Libya’s NOC declared force majeure at the Sharara oil field on Aug. 7
