OIL: US Crude Stocks Seen Down 0.8m bbl in Week to Nov.15: WSJ

US crude oil inventories are expected to have fallen by 0.8m bbl in the week to Nov. 15, according to a WSJ survey of nine analysts and traders.
- Six respondents expected a crude draw, and three predicted a build. Responses ranged from -4.5m bbl to +2.5m bbl.
- Gasoline inventories are expected to have fallen by 0.2m bbl. Responses ranged from -3.8m bbl to +2.6m bbl.
- Distillate inventories, mainly diesel, are seen with a draw of 0.4m bbl. Responses ranged from -3.1m bbl to +3.0m bbl.
- Refinery capacity use is projected to be up 0.3 percentage points at 91.7%.
- The official figures will be released by the EIA at 10:30 ET Nov. 20.
