At least one European refiner requested less term-supply from Saudi Aramco for September according to people with knowledge of matter.

  • Saudi Aramco raised Arab Light for September delivery to the Mediterranean to a premium of $5.80 to ICE Brent, the highest since at least June 2002, Bloomberg data showed.
  • The firm gave full contractual supply of crude to Chinese customers for September, which showed a 40% month on month amid the start up of China’s Rongsheng mega refinery.
