CANADA
  • Data: No data today and a light week generally, with only the CFIB business barometer for Feb and SEPH payrolls for Dec on Thu.
  • BOC media blackout starts tomorrow before the policy decision on Mar 2.
  • News recap: Parliament approved the government’s emergency powers late yesterday (185-151) after Trudeau had hinted he would call elections if he lost.
