Phillips 66’s 356kb/d Wood River Refinery Works in Sept and Q1 2025

Phillips 66’s 356kb/d Wood River refinery in Illinois plans turnarounds for September and late Q1 2025, according to Bloomberg sources.

  • The works in early September to the 68kb/d DCU-2, larger of 2 delayed cokers, and a sulfur unit is to last about six weeks to the beginning of November.
  • The turnaround from early March 2025 will include work on one of two FCC units will last about 7 weeks. Wood River has a total of 101kb/d of catalytic cracking capacity from the two FCC units.
