working from home, and for people not to go to pubs, restaurants and theatres.
- UK gov't seemingly bringing the country into line with other EU members in
seeking nationwide self-isolation. 
- London in particular seen as 'several weeks' ahead of the rest of the country
in the progression of the disease and 'needs to pay special attention to the
advice to WFH where possible and avoids non-essential social contact'. 
- Gov't will not support mass events with any emergency services.
