Possible Train Down at Sabine Pass: Bloomberg

LNG

Feedgas flows to the Sabine Pass LNG terminal, the largest in the USA, have fallen for the second time in a week, with the drop indicating at least one train could be down, according to Bloomberg.

  • Feedgas flows today are down around 18% from yesterday to 4.18 bcf/d.
  • A Spokesperson for Cheniere decline to comment on the drop in flows.
  • Feedgas intake into LNG facilities can fluctuate. Feedgas flows also dropped at Sabine Pass on Nov. 29, but rebounded the following day.
  • There are forecasts for marine fog at Sabine Pass until Dec. 3, Bloomberg said. This can cause delays in loadings by several hours during the night and early morning.
