Prelude Plant Resumes Loading Condensate

LNG

Shell has reportedly resumed loading condensate from the Prelude floating LNG export facility in Australia according to Bloomberg.

  • Operations were halted on July 11 due industrial action by the workers union.
  • Last week Shell in principle reached a wage deal with the union to end the strike and restart the 3.6m tonnes per year LNG facility although no timeframe has been given for the restart.
