GILT SUMMARY
GILT SUMMARY: Pressure on PM Theresa May from Conservative backbenchers
continues to build as negotiations reach a dangerous stalemate. Extending the

- The 2-year benchmark trades at 0.759% from 0.772% and the 10-year trades at
1.533% from 1.551%.
- The 2s10s spread trades at 76.5bps and the 2s30s at 116.2bps.
- The Dec Gilt future trades at 121.45 from 121.30 at the open.
- The short sterling futures strip is broadly 2.0-3.0 ticks higher. So far we
have seen little short sterling option flow.
- Coming up at 0930BST will be the public sector net borrowing data.
