NZD/USD prints at $0.5785/90, the pair is ~0.3% lower today.

  • Kiwi has been pressured through today's Asian session, the move seen in yesterday's NY session has continued in Asia. Spillover from an offer in the AUD and weakness in US Equity futures are weighing
  • NZD/USD printed a fresh 2023 low at $0.5780 before paring losses to sit at current levels.
  • AUD/NZD is a touch lower however ranges are narrow thus far.
  • Cross asset wise; e-minis are down ~0.6% and NASDAQ futures are down ~1% as poor corporate earnings weigh. BBDXY is up ~0.1%. US Tsy Yields are little changed.
  • Looking ahead on the wires early tomorrow is October ANZ Consumer Confidence, there is no estimate and the prior read as 86.4.
