USD/KRW rose ~0.7% on Friday, the pair is at its highest level since 8 June and closed at 1304.25.

  • The pair now sits a touch below the 200-Day EMA (1304.71) a break through here opens high from June 1 at 13232.10.
  • On the downside the 20-Day EMA (1297.42) provides support.
  • In the equity space on Friday the KOSPI fell ~0.9% and the KOSDAQ was down ~0.2%.
  • Friday's May Industrial Production headlines the week's docket. The June Business Survey and Consumer Confidence also crosses.
