CHINA PRESS: Property sales rebounded strongly in March, Economic Information
Daily reported on Tuesday. Data released by China Index Academy on Monday
indicate that first-tier, second-tier and third-tier cities saw their property
trading volume rise 123.5%, 63.1% and 56.0% m/m in March, respectively. Lower
property prices, which attracted more buyers, and the acceleration in mortgages
issuances have driven the rebound, the report said, citing analysts and market
sources.
