A short-term bull cycle in EURGBP remains in play and Wednesday’s move lower is considered corrective - for now. Recent gains resulted in a breach of resistance at 0.8611, the Aug 30 high, and a move above 0.8672, trendline resistance drawn from the Feb 3 high. A clear break of the trendline would strengthen bullish conditions. Initial firm support lies at 0.8627, the 20-day EMA.
