    • If the need arises the coal can also be used at other stations and an exit clause after 6-years has been built into the contract.
    • Longer-term contract serves to boltser supply security and reduce costs of Eskom
  • SA reports 14,271 new covid cases & 473 new deaths. Western Cape remains the epicentre but the NICD says new cases, deaths and hospitalisations are slowing
