CABLE: Rate retreats further, cementing GBP's place as the worst performing
currency in G10 Monday, slipping through earlier lows of $1.3152 to touch the
weakest levels since Friday. The Nov14 high kicks in at $1.3072 and may act as
near-term support, with the 200-dma holding below at $1.3056. Markets remain
fraught ahead of the passage of key Brexit legislation due tomorrow, with voting
for amendments and the bill itself due to start at around 1900GMT Tuesday.
