UK VIEW: RBC says that the +0.4% q/q for Q3 GDP is above the BoE's expectation
for a +0.3% q/q growth and after "last week's tentative comments from Deputy
Governor Cunliffe on the timing of the first hike and some equivocation from
Tenreyro too, this growth figure should firm up expectations of a rate hike next
week at the November MPC meeting".
