yesterday said job market remains solid even with recent slowdown.
- Job growth may be weakened as GM shut Oshawa assembly line with 2k positions;
could also rise with auto parts makers ramping up after UAW strike.
- Hourly wage growth has remained strong: +4.5% YOY in November from a year
earlier, more than double the BOC's 2% target for inflation.
