CABLE: Retains an underlying buoyant tone as traders turn attention toward
release of UK Inflation data at 0930GMT. Headline CPI expected to have eased
back to 3.0%yy in December, from 3.1%yy in November. Cable currently trades
around $1.3787, having been held within a relatively tight consolidation range
of $1.3772-1.3804 range. Resistance remains to $1.3804, a break to expose
$1.3820. Support $1.3760/50 ahead of $1.3730/25.
