Risk-On As Blinken & Lavrov Agree To Meet

Risk-positive flows on the back of the previously outlined news wire headlines flagging the U.S. acceptance of an invitation for Secretary of State Blinken to meet with Russian counterpart Lavrov next week. TYH2 is now in negative territory (with yields across the Tsy curve 1.5-3.0bp higher on the day), USD/JPY has moved higher, now printing ~30 pips better off on the session, while U.S. e-mini futures are 0.4-0.5% higher vs. settlement.
