JAPAN: RTRS runs headlines from the Nikkei noting that the Japanese government
won't be issuing deficit-covering bonds to fund its impending stimulus package.
The Nikkei also notes that the government plans to mobilise unused money from
the FY18 budget, the fiscal investment & loan programme and construction bonds
to generate the required funding for the package.
