Russia's Ryazan Shuts Down Two Primary Units After Ukraine Drone Attack

Rosneft’s Ryazan refinery has shut down two primary oil refining units after a Ukrainian drone attack last night according to two Reuters sources.

  • Over 10% of Russia’s oil processing capacity has been hit by Ukraine this week according to an earlier DNB report.
  • The Ryazan plant refines 12.7m mtpa of crude, around 4.6% of Russia’s total capacity.
