Russian Gas Flows to Europe unchanged

NATURAL GAS

European gas prices are drifting lower this morning with TTF down 1.0% to 87.1€/MWh.

  • Russian supply remains stable with flows through Ukraine coming via Sudzha nominated at 46.2mcm/d and Nord Stream at 73.4GWh/h.
  • Norwegian supply remains lower at 297.5mcm/d with outages at Karsto, Skarv and Troll limiting output.
  • Strong LNG imports to Europe continue although lower than the peak seen a couple of weeks ago. Last week saw an average of 150k mt into Europe, at the top of the 5-year range.
  • Temperatures in NW Europe are forecast to warm after a dip below normal at the weekend and gas storage levels are up to 44%.
