Recent Ukrainian attacks on Russia’s 262,000 bpd Ryazan refinery have halted operations at the facility Reuters sources report.

  • Operations halting appears to be more associated with railway loadings being impacted rather than the refiner itself while  a hydrotreater was also reported damaged last week.
  • One of the sources said fuel loadings from Ryazan had been suspended since Friday.
