S. Korea's Yoon To Meet With Counterparts Next Week, Yet To Decide On Japan Talks

SOUTH KOREA

Yonhap News Agency runs headlines noting that South Korea is discussing possible bilateral talks with the U.S. and a trilateral summit with the U.S. and Japan, but has not yet decided on whether to hold bilateral negotiations with Japan.

  • South Korean President Yoon will attend the ASEAN summit in Cambodia and G20 summit in Indonesia between November 11-16.
  • Yoon may also meet with China's President Xi Jinping informally during his Southeast Asia trip.
