SAGBs Open Mixed, 15-30Y Consolidate Gains as 10Y Stalls

  • SAGBs trade mixed around the open as yesterday's positive global risk sentiment loses a bit of steam in the APAC session.
  • The local curve sustained bull flattening momentum in yesterday's session with 15-30Y yields consolidating gains below key supports, while the 10Y remains sticky around 9.20.
  • Next support in the 30Y seen at 10.413, 15Y at 10.30 while the 10Y needs to overcome 9.20 to open up 9.10 support.
  • Similar to Turkey, SA's 5Y CDS has been on a tear lower this week amid improved global risk conditions, trading -9.214bp lower since Monday and now below 200 support.
