Saudi Could Cut Arab Light OSP by 1.25$/bbl in Feb: Bloomberg Survey

Saudi Aramco could cut the Arab Light official selling price to Asia by 1.25$/bbl in February according to the median estimate of a Bloomberg survey of three refiners.

  • The estimated cut would take the Arab Light OSP differential to Oman-Dubai down to +$2.25/bbl compared to a recent high of +$4.00/bbl from December.
  • The survey showed a range of estimated price cuts between 1$/bbl and 2.5$/bbl.
  • Saudi Aramco typically releases OSPs in the first five days of the month.
