Several Factors Pull Bonds Off Lows

Core global FI markets move away from cheapest levels of the day as some of the larger EUR IG issuance is priced.

  • A round of block buys across benchmark 10-Year EGB futures is also helping.
  • Elsewhere, a pullback from best levels in crude oil futures is also seen. U.S. breakevens are off highs and now sit little changed on the day in 5+-Year maturities as a result.
