US: Shortly following Wall Street opening bell, US equity futures take a turn
lower, prompting e-mini S&P to hit the day's lows at 2,976.50. US 10y yields are
also following suit, falling back below the 1.7% mark as markets remain somewhat
spooked by the full release of the whistle-blower complaint. The greenback has
also been dragged from the day's highs as the US curve flattens slightly.
- Yesterday's lows for both equities and Treasury yields are still some way off,
with market focus now turning to the slew of Fed speakers due for the rest of
the session. Fed's Bullard, Clarida, Daly, Kashkari and Barkin are still to go
as well as US pending home sales.
