Some Reprieve

US TSYS

The lack of overt escalation and apparent widespread play for a diplomatic outcome in the Russia-Ukraine situation has seemingly allowed Tsys to move back from Friday’s late highs. The major benchmarks run 0.5-3.5bp cheaper shortly after the re-open, with the long end leading the way lower. TYH2 last -0-00+ at 126-12, a little off the base of the early 0-10 range, with volume nearing 50K lots.
